I always thought I could do everything myself. Naturally, this is true when it comes to deep work, fixing highly complex bugs, writing and thinking.
However, even if we do not need anyone to help us on the tactical level, the strategic level is completely different.
We can go faster alone, but we can go further together.
I don’t believe that a lone wolf can survive a harsh winter. And even if he does survive, how many more winters can he endure with strength and spirit? Will he thrive, or merely survive?
Why we need a tribe
Tribe keeps us accountable - reminds us our weekly commitments.
Tribe keeps us grounded - reminds us where we come from when we reach the peak.
Tribe offers support - the journey will get tough and you will be tested.
Tribe creates connections - connections open doors.
Tribe makes us more consistent - we are more likely to show up daily when we know there are others who count on us.
Tribe gives back more than it takes.
