Habit Housekeeping

I recently revised all my daily habits.

Yes, doing pushups, reading, training, and working are all "good" things. Certainly better than binge-watching junk TV, eating rubbish, or doomscrolling.

But here's the catch: it’s easy to fill a day with activities.
The question is: are those activities moving you closer to where you want to be?
If not, why are you spending energy on them?

I ran each of my habits through a simple test:
- Why am I doing this?
If the why isn't strong enough, I drop it.
If it aligns with my values and long-term goals, I keep it.

It's habit housekeeping.
It helps clear the clutter and makes space for thinking, or for better habits.

Got some housekeeping to do too?
