AWS makes a fortune from solo founders paying for servers every month to support a handful of users.

There’s a graveyard of domains that will never be used, gathering dust on the shelves of developers who think they'll get around to building that product one day.

There are analytics, outreach, SEO, and countless other tools.

The 1% stories keep everyone motivated. The 99% who fail or never quite make it aren't interesting.

It’s curious how humans resonate with negative news: bombs, explosions, terrorist attacks draw higher readership.

But when it comes to success stories, we don’t want to hear about the cautionary failures. We’d rather talk about the 1% who made it and hope that will be us one day.
