No Change, No Learning

There are many ways to learn. We can read books, we can learn from others, we can complete courses.

We can also learn from mistakes. It’s easiest to learn from our own mistakes. It’s best to learn from other people’s mistakes.

How do we know if we have truly learned something?

We change our behaviour. If we don’t change our behaviour, we haven't learned anything, and we've wasted time, money and energy.
