If something is important, do it today.
If it truly matters, you'll want to do it today. And if it can't be completed in a single day, you'll still be excited to wake up early and keep working on it.
If that's not the case, then maybe it's not as important to you as you think.
You might tell yourself it's a priority and you'll get to it once you finish X. But in reality, X is more important to you, and that's okay.
Our actions speak louder than words. If something truly matters, you'll find a way to make progress on it today.
It might be a useful exercise to review the things we said we’d do but never actually got around to. Maybe we should stop holding onto them and be honest with ourselves. Letting go could create space for something else—something we genuinely want more, enough to take action on.
Pay attention to what you naturally get done without forcing yourself, and notice what creates resistance.
Focus on flow, re-evaluate what causes resistance.
